It is hard to appreciate the location of this villa until you see it in person. Located at the end of a terrace of eight villas fronting directly onto the beach in Vale do Lobo. The aspect from the villa is stunning by day and night. It is only a two minute walk to the hub of Vale do Lobo, the 'Praca' with its wide range of bars and restaurants. Within the estate there is also unrivalled facilities including 2 championship golf courses, driving range, Wellness Centre Spa and Fitness, Tennis Academy, beach sports, shopping centre, supervised children's village, crazy golf, night club, supermarket and medical centre. There is plenty to do for all age groups, young children, teenagers and the parents! The pool is a good size and there is room for games on the lawn area. Daily maid service is included. This is one of the original houses in Vale do Lobo but has been kept up to date with all modern equipment and furnishings. It is a wonderful house and the roof terrace is spectacular.

This lovely two bedroomed villa with its own pool is just about as close as you can get to the beach in the Algarve. This sought after property occupies one of the best locations in Vale do Lobo and offers an amazing ocean view. Vale do Lobo has restaurants to suit every taste, from Ken Lo's Memories of China at the Tennis Academy to the wide range of Thai, French, Italian and English at the Praca which is less than a five minute walk from the villa. Just outside Vale do Lobo are many other top class restaurants all within a five minute taxi ride. Vale do Lobo has everything most people would need but Quinta do Lago is five minutes away as is the local town of Almancil which can satisfy all your shopping needs. Additional information about rental rates

  • We can take payment in Sterling or Euros. We ask for a 20% deposit to secure the booking with the balance payable two months prior to the stay. A security/excess cleaning deposit of €400 will be required at the same time and held until the property has been inspected after the stay has ended. This is usually within one to two days. There is a small extra charge for heating / air conditioning which varies according to the time of year.
  • There is a daily maid service for six days per week. Linen and towels are changed weekly and beach towels are provided. We have an excellent local management agent should any problems occur. They are also able to help in arranging babysitting.
  • Check out time is 10am on the day of departure and access to the house is from 4pm on the day of arrival. At quiet times these can be more flexible by prior arrangement. Bags can be left in the house while the changeover cleaning is taking place.

The Perfect Holiday

The villa is excellent, well planned out, good security and well equipped with everything you need. It's own, clean, private pool as well as being a couple of steps from a wonderful beach stretching for miles. A good choice of restaurants and shops close by plus a short walk from a supermarket should you wish to eat in. There is an efficient taxi service should you not want to hire a car. An abundance of kitchen equipment, towels, comfortable and clean divan beds together with lovely furnishings resulted in this being the perfect holiday, I wouldn't change a thing and look forward to returning next year. It is also perfect for a winter holiday too with blankets, heating and digital television.

We have spent the last 15 years holidaying in Portugal and Southern Spain. 3 years ago we found this wonderful Villa in Vale de Lobo and have returned each year for our annual holiday. 10 out of 10 for location; its situation at the end of the Cul de Sac and right on the beach creates a wonderful sanctuary of peace and quiet. The villa is walking distance from all the local amenities. The main square (Praca) is 2 minutes walk, where you can buy all the international newspapers and enjoy a selection of different restaurants from the casual Creperie for breakfast to our favourite; the lovely Italian La Terraza.
We found we spent a lot of time in the house as it has all the mod cons you need and many different living/eating areas, which we use at different times of the day. The roof terrace, ideal for breakfast or the cooler evenings where we have watched many a stunning sunset ,or the main terrace on the ground floor is our spot for the leisurely lunch where we would pop back up from the beach and enjoy lunch followed by a siesta by the pool on the sun loungers. The villa was kept imaculately with cleaners coming in every day.
The beach at Val de Lobo is at the foot of the garden and ideal for lovely leisurely walks. We stumbled across 2 beautiful restaurants along the long stretch of beach otherwise only accessible by car and loved the idea of being able to walk along the beach and enjoy a gorgeous lunch or dinner and not have to worry about having a glass of wine and having to drive home.
All in all, the perfect holiday retreat.

We have stayed here 4 times now and can highly recommend it. The location couldnt be better being right beside the beach (literally!!) and also a 2 min walk to shops and restaurants.
The villa itself is also in good condition.
A real jewel on the Algarve!!

Can't wait to go back!

This is a very comfortable, spacious and well equipped villa with all the mod-cons you'd expect, superbly located with the beach at the back gate and only a couple of minutes' walk to the praca and its wide selection of family-friendly restaurants and bars. The villa has its own swimming pool, which was essential for our young family as the sea can get a bit rough. There's also a lovely, sunny roof-terrace suitable for sunbathing and sundowners.

Vale do Lobo is the perfect family holiday destination and the owners and their local agent were very happy to provide assistance, helping us to arrange some sailing, golf, tennis and babysitters.

Great holiday!
