Built in 2006, this comfortable villa benefits from privacy, a large swimming pool and stunning views to the beach of Zaritsi and the surrounding hills. The house is built on two levels. The ground floor has a a large fitted kitchen and sitting/dining area with dining table which comfortably sits six people. This room has an open fireplace and is furnished with local pottery and cookery books. The kitchen also benefits from french windows leading to a spacious veranda suitable for dining outside. There is an adjoining utility room which houses the washing machine and garden furniture. Marble stairs lead to the upper level, which has a light ample lounge with a vaulted wooden ceiling. This is comfortably furnished with a sofa and armchairs. The lounge has an open fireplace, TV, CD player, and bookcase with many interesting books. The garden is planted carefully with traditional olive trees, bougainvilleas and geraniums, and has a riot of colorful wild flowers in the spring months.

The villa is situated above the picturesque village of Zaritsi, a quite village with a stunning beach, tasty tavernas and a lovely beach-side church. It is set in its own grounds occupying one acre, and is surrounded by olive trees and the backdrop of the surrounding mountains. The beaches of Tserfos, Krioneri, Tigani and Tiros are all within a 10 min drive. The small town of Tiros (10 mins away) has all amenities, bank, post office, pharmacy, and a small health centre. Many more traditional villages by the sea are within a short drive, as are many picturesque mountain villages. The local area is one of great natural beauty, full of trails with stunning views over the sea, gorges, mountain tops and even small rivers with water-falls. There is boat connection to the islands of Spetses, Hydra and Poros. Historic sites such as Monemvasia, Mystras, Sparta, Nafplion, Mani, Mycenae, Epidavros are all within 2 hr drive.

This bedroom has french windows leading to its own small patio area. The second twin bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with full size bath with shower over, toilet and sink. This bedroom has patio doors leading to a private veranda. A third twin bedroom lies on the first floor, with patio doors leading to a private veranda.

It has a large, well maintained swimming pool surrounded by a marble patio area. The villa has two bedrooms on the lower level, and so would be suitable for someone with limited mobility - although the bathrooms and doors and not wide enough for wheelchair access.
