Meric is a large ancient farmhouse situated in South West France. The properties have a wealth of original features including oak beams and exposed stonewalls. We offer 2 well equipped cottages for rent. We also have a large fenced swimming pool surrounded by gardens laid to lawn. Meric is located in the heart of beautiful Lot et Garonne. The property sits in a peaceful valley surrounded by fields of sunflowers and farmland set in 15 acres of its own land.

Le Chai has a large comfortable lounge it has UK free-sat TV and wi-fi. The dining area has a panoramic view across the valley. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and a dishwasher. There is a showeroom with a separate WC. Upstairs there is a large sunny landing with glorious views. Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Outside there is a terrace with table, chairs and a BBQ
