Photos and Description of this Alicante holiday house Sleeps 6, on a superb Golf Course and close to Alicante and Benidorm!

We would like to introduce you to the properties we have available for rent on Alenda golf. The properties have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and are air conditioned. Each bedroom has two single beds (which can be pushed together if required), some have double beds (please specify if this is a requirement), the houses can sleep 6 people very comfortably. The kitchens are fully equipped with large fridge freezers, washing machine, microwave, kettle and all the utensils to make life easy! They have the use of a lovely large communal pool which has a paddling area for smaller children, there is also a small park area next to the swimming pool with slide etc. As a large number of properties on the course are either residential or holiday homes (for personal use only) the area is very quiet compared to similar properties elsewhere. The houses have all the home comforts that you could want to make you feel like you are in a home away from home!

Our houses are located on the beautiful golf course of Alenda Golf, it is often referred to as one of, if not, the best golf course in the Alicante region! The area is located within close proximity of the A31 motorway which is a direct link to Alicante, Elche, Benidorm and Valencia, as well as being located very close to smaller more intimate Spanish villages.

    For bookings of less than 14 nights there is a cleaning and laundry fee of 50 euros payable on arrival to the management company. For bookings over 14 nights, there is NO cleaning and laundry fee!
