In a gated compound, this luxury appointed bright & sunny 2 bed apartment is on the 1st floor of a small block, 50m from a large swimming pool. There are a further two swimming pools in the grounds. The apartment includes a large /living room, combined with an exclusive open-plan kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, glass ceramic hob microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer etc. The living room is furnished with a pale leather sofa suite, LCD34` TV, Bang&Olufsen stereo CD, DVD player, dining furniture, glass display case etc. Bedroom 1:Double bed (180cm wide), vanity table etc. Bedroom 2: Double bed (converts into two single beds) Bathroom 1:Large bath, marble sink with cupboard. Spacious. Bathroom 2:Shower cabin, marble sink with cupboard, bide In the hall is a wardrobe & a washing machine with tumble drier. The apartment also has an extra toilet. The apartment has a marble floor. A large 30km terrace with dining furniture & chairs. The apartment also has a private garage in basement.

Situated 25 Minutes from Nice Airport, at exit 40 of the A8 motorway, Mandelieu-La Napoule offers a variety of shops (including a hypermarket) and restaurants a few minutes from the apartment. There is an excellent train service from the seaside village of La Napoule to Cannes, Nice and Monaco for shopping and sightseeing. The miles of family friendly sandy beaches from La Napoule to Cannes give way to rocky coves to the west. Sea temperatures can still be over 20 C in November. World renowned restaurants abound. There are many medieval hill-top villages in the area such as Mougins (art and gastronomy), St Paul de Vence (art), and Grasse (perfume) to name but a few. The area boasts many activities from watersports to skiing in the Alps, walking in the Esterel hills and a large number of golf courses in the area.

Golf: Among the 16 golf courses in the area which can be played on payment of a green fee, Mandelieu features the Old Course Golf Club and the Riviera Golf Course on which the apartment is situated. The Old Course consists of an 18 hole course where a chain ferry links the holes across a river as well as a 9 hole course. These courses are both flat and close to the beach. Umbrella pines dominate the course and there is a fine 19th hole. The Riviera course is a little more undulating with a range of different types of hazard - the club house is just at the entrance to the grounds of the residence where are also sited a driving range and chipping green. Other Activities: Skiing and mountaineering are 1 hour away.
