The Villa is the perfect place for relaxing in peaceful surroundings and catching the sun all day or watching the sun go down on one of the many terraces. With 5 separate terraces it is are also ideal for doing your own thing. The plunge pool with its in built seat is perfect for cooling off during the warm sunny days, and the poolside courtyard offers ample space for large groups to relax in comfort. The house is tastefully furnished and decorated and has all the modern amenities & luxuries to ensure your holiday is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Torreblanca is situated between Fuengirola and Benalmadena on the Costa del Sol. The Villa is in a tranquil setting but just a short drive (5mins) to the beach or a 20 minute walk. Here you'll join 7km promenade with its many bars and restaurants, take a stroll along to Los Boliches and the bustling Fuengirola. The ideal base for exploring Andalucia and the many attractions of the Costa del Sol.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 30 % deposit required at time of booking with full payment due 8 weeks prior to departure. We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP.
    Refundable £100 security deposit is required on collection of the keys, this is returned on inspection of the property prior to departure.
  • Saturday is the preferred change over day, however this is flexible during quiet periods. Checkin is after 2pm, and check out is 11am, (this may also be flexible dependent on changeovers).

There is also a selection of DVDs and boardgames. Linen and bathroom towels are provided for each person. Air conditioning is available in both the lounge and bedroom 2, fans are available in all other rooms. The villa has its own private plunge pool with inbuilt seat/step (ideal for toddlers to paddle on or to sit and cool off) in a tiled private courtyard, including sunbeds sunloungers, deckchairs, patio table, chairs and chimney BBQ, 1st floor balcony with additional patio table, chairs and BBQ all ideal settings for relaxing throughout the day or in the evening.

Travel: Fly to Malaga, which is serviced by many budget airlines from most Uk airports, Torreblanca is approximately 20 mins from the airport. Car hire is recommended, however it is possible to enjoy your stay without a car as the house is within walking distance of the beach and promenade as well as the train station (Transfers from the airport are also available on request at additional cost of 30 euros each way).

Torreblanca: Easy access to the train station (5 mins drive/15 mins walk) and bus routes for Fuengirola/Malaga. Marbella and Puerto Banus are 30 mins drive. Mijas, one of the prettiest villages in Spain is a 10 minute drive inland. Benalmadena is also just a short drive away, here you'll find the marina with it's many bars, restaurants and shops. Nearby there is an aquapark in Fuengirola and Torremolinos. Seaworld Aquarium, Fuengirola Zoo, Tivoli World Amusement Park, Selwo Dolphin Park and La Paloma Park. There are numerous golf courses (approx 35) within easy reach of the house, Torrequebrada, La Cala, Alhaurin and Mijas Golf being the closest. The Sierra Nevada mountains and ski resorts are within an 1hr 30.

Local Area: In the immediate vicinity of the villa, within a 5 minute walk, there is a hotel restaurant serving Spanish and Lebanese cuisine in a tranquil garden setting which is open to non-residents, as well as a family bar and restaurant along with a mini supermarket. There are numerous larger supermarkets in Torreblanca and towards Fuengirola.
