Beautiful and spacious, Moorish style 3-bed semi-detached house in Mojacar Playa with sea and mountain views. This 223 square meters house is set o­n a small community of very attractive Moorish style buildings with a communal pool. Ground Floor: 1 master bedroom with en suite shower, fitted wardrobe and air-conditioning, large living room ventilated with ceiling fans, wood burning stove, separate dining area, fully fitted kitchen, hallway, downstairs guest cloakroom with built-in wardrobe, utility court yard, front terrace tiled in terracotta with built-in barbecue. 1st Floor: 2 further double bedrooms (one with twin beds) ventilated with ceiling fans, with fitted wardrobes, 2 balconies and a large terrace, family bathroom, hall way and stairwell leading to second floor. 2nd Floor: stunning views of the sea and Mojacar Pueblo - beautiful at night. 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, banks, supermarket, taxi and buses etc. UK Satellite TV to keep the kids happy.

The ancient Moorish village of Mojacar can be seen from 'El Albardinar' house on a hilltop. It's architecture is typical in Andalucia of white cube shaped houses. From the plaza the landscape is stunning with flat plains and old volcanic eruptions. The snowy ski slopes of Sierra Nevada can be seen in the distance (only 2.5 hours away ). Wander around the cobbled streets and see doorways overflowing with bouganvilla and geraniums. Lots of free local shows entertain the public. In summer you can sit outside all night in and never need a cardigan. Mojacar playa/beach with its beach bars is lively by day and by night. You can eat paella overlooking the sea while the kids play in the sand in front of you giving you a little bit of peace and quiet . There are plently of sports at any time of the year. Mini Hollywood with cowboy shows, Treasure Island beach, go karting, nature reserves, etc. Something for everyone! But best of all is the sunny weather all year round.

Holiday with the kids in Mojacar

I have just come back to the UK after staying in this fabulous house in Mojacar, Spain. On three levels, space is in abundance. The house was clean and tidy, well lit and easy to find. The location is ideal.


Every bedroom has access to a terrace which enables beautiful vistas of the sea, sunrise and sunset. We were in total comfort for the week we stayed.

The kids were catered for with colouring pens, toys and waterproof sheeting on the beds.

Restaurants, beach and shops are a short walk and Sarah provided leaflets on the local activities.

We were even able to watch X factor!


Many thanks once again and we will be back soon!!

One of our family's best holidays!

Well, it was all the pictures and description said it would be. We visited in March and had the most fabulous family holiday, escaping the chilly British spring. The villa was clean and beautifully furnished with real home from home comforts- a well equipped kitchen and a great welcome pack with all we needed for the first day or so. The owners were helpful and attentive and let us in on some excellent insider tips for discovering some of the 'real' Spain in the surrounding area. The local bars and restaurants were good and it was great to be able to walk down to the beach and shops without being reliant on a hire car all the time. Mojacar has a lovely 'villagey' feel and our kids easily made friends with local children on the beach and the near-by playgrounds, they even got to learn some Spanish! Mini-Hollywood is a MUST-DO and be sure to get there early 'cause there's so much to see. Turre market was our favourite and not only because of the delicious churros stall but the local fresh fruit and veg was exceptional quality and value. Mojacar pueblo is a great place to watch the sunset while enjoying a coffee and brandy and you can either walk it off on the way home or easily take the bus back to Albardinar. To conclude, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa and will definitely be returning soon!
