The building is situated at the area 'Mont Boron'. It's a modern building facing south and the sea. The apartment is at the first floor. It has a marble floor and parquet floor in the bedrooms. It consists of a living room, kitchen; the balcony makes the living room and kitchen, corridor, shower room, separated toilets. It is opening onto a large balcony with a sea view overlooking the promenade des Anglais, the airport and Cap d'Antibes, Villefranche sur Mer on the left, with table and chairs. There is a large canvas sun blocking. From the terrace view on the swimming pool. A large garden. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from the building, bus station - you need 5 minutes with the bus to the center. 10 minutes by foot to the old town.

Just near of the apartment lies the beautiful area of the Mont Boron Mountain, where you can go jogging/walking in the shady forest following the little pasths taking you up to the old cassle which affords beautiful viewover Villefranche Cap Ferrat and Nice. Two minutes walk from the aparmtent you will find an excellent supermarket (open 7/7) and a local grocer. Further toward the old Port , there are restaurant , bakeries, pharmacies etc... There is a little path and stairs right in front of the apartment which takes you down to the sea and the rocks- an area thet is tranquil and very beautiful from where you can go bathing or follow the coastal path to Nice- either the front of the apartment (15min) at Nice (35min) or Villefranche (15min). For those thjat prefer to take public transportation there is a bus stop other side the apartment that takes you downtown Nice in the central train station. This peaceful location is perfect for enjoying the cities, beaches, the mountains .
