Stunningly renovated 400 yr old farmhouse dairy in the village of Carlipa surrounded by a beautiful rural setting, with only a short drive to Carcassonne and breath taking lakes. 4 large double bedrooms, one en-suite, another with free-standing roll top bath. Main large bathroom with free-standing bath and shower. Large well equipped fitted kitchen with 8-seater dining table, wood burning stove, belfast sink and smeg appliances; dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 6 hob cooker/oven. Reception room boasts 37' plasma SKY TV (including all British channels as well as many others), DVD, video player and IPod docking station. Laundry room includes belfast sink,washing machine and a separate toilet. Central heating throughout and underfloor heating in all rooms on ground floor. Board games, books, croquet and boules set. Outside is a large courtyard with a large gazebo with sofa, chairs and dining table with a further chill out seating area. BBQ. 12 ft swimming pool in the summer months.

    For last minute bookings, the whole balance is payable in one lump sum

    For normal bookings, guests have the option to pay in instalments

    Final balances are payable 8 weeks before arrival

    Payment via PayPal, Cheque, Bank Transfer and Chasier Cheque are acceptable

    A refundable security deposit of £400 to cover and damage is payable before rental dates. Any repairs, additional cleaning and major replacements will be deducted from the security deposit.

    Rental rates are all-inclusive of bed linens and towels

    A welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and logs will be provided at no extra cost
