Super gelegen,ruhig.Nette Einweisung durch ortsansässigen Deutschen,der jederzeit hilft, falls Fragen auftreten.Sehr gut klimatisiert,Haus hell und freundlich, alles was gebraucht wird ist vorhanden. Terrasse und Grundstück geschmackvoll begrünt-riesige Palmen(natürlicher Sonnenschirm),ausfahrbarer Sonnenschutz.Liegen und Stühle sind ausreichend vorhanden.Grundstück hat vom Morgen bis zum Abend Sonne, herrlicher Blick zu den Bergen.Meer schnell erreichbar, hierbei ist allerdings zu beachten,dass es sich um einen Naturstrand handelt(Kies),dieser wird nicht gereinigt(Algen).Wer keine Ruhe möchte ist sehr schnell in Calpe,-dort gibt es herrliche Sandstrände,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Restaurants,Bars...
Vom Haus aus ist man in 2 Minuten im Supermarkt, der eine große Auswahl von allem was man braucht oder auch nicht , bietet.Daneben Bank und Zeitungsgeschäft.Achtung-die Geschäfte in Sp. öffnen erst um 10:00Uhr.Deutsche Bäckerei in Calpe, Altea öffnen früher.
1Minute vom Haus gibt es eine Bar/Restaurant mit Pool(unter deutscher Führung), dort kann man Kleinigkeiten essen,nett draußen sitzen.(derPool darf dabei benutzt werden!)
