Casa Delsey comprises two bedrooms, one with double bed, pine wardrobe and dresser, en suite bathroom and doors opening on to the sun/pool terrace. Ideal for a swim before breakfast! The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and bedside table. The spacious lounge has a two seater sofa and a three seater sofa. It has an open fireplace and has satellite TV, 32inch plasma TV, DVD player, CD player (which, you can plug your ipod into) and radio. The dining area has table and seating for four, however, there is a separate, exterior, covered, dining area for eating 'al Fresco'. The fully fitted kitchen has:- oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and orange juicer,. Outside there is the swimming pool and sun terrace with four sunloungers. The grounds have been planted with a variety of fruit trees and the gardens surrounding the pool terrace with flowering shrubs and plants. The entire plot is fenced, has car port and automatic gate opener.

This house is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It overlooks open farmland with orange and olive groves and the Sierra de los Nieves in the distance . Unspoilt, tranquil and perfect for enjoying country pursuits. This is ideal horse riding country and there are facilities located five minutes away. Exploring the Rio Grande and the local area on horseback is something you will remember forever. The town of Coin is just 4kms away and while the centre of Coin retains all the charm of a traditional Andalucian pueblo it plays host to many diverse cultural events during the year. There are tennis courts, gymnasiums, , a commercial centre, a multiplex cinema and an abundance of restaurants and bars. Coin is about a 30 minute drive away from the city of Malaga, Marbella and the beaches of the Costa del Sol. The Costa del Sol is a golfers paradise and is known locally as the Costa del Golf.. All in all Coin is an ideal spot from which to enjoy all that this area has to offer.
