The property is a spacious individual Villa situated on a quiet community of 12 villas. It has a large private terrace leading out onto the gardens and pool. The property itself has a large master bedroom furnished with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, including a small safe. There are two further twin bedrooms sharing the second main bathroom. The master and second bedrooms share a small terrace. Downstairs has a large lounge dinning room, equipped with free view satellite, leading onto the terrace via large patio doors and overlooking the gardens and pool. The large fitted kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven & hob, washing machine. and breakfast bar. Finally there is also a downstairs toilette. The property is only a 10-15 min walk or 2 min drive to the beach, local bars, restaurants, supermarkets and local bus services to the nearby towns of Marbella and Fuengirola.

The Villa is superbly located with no less than 15 Golf courses within a 15 min drive, the closest being Miraflores, a 2 min drive away. The Aztec sports centre is only a 5 min walk away boasting tennis courts, squash courts, gym facility's, beauty centre, and a large swimming pool with bar, restaurant and internet facility's. This is an ideal location for families and golfers alike with a wealth of nearby activities provided by the large towns of Fuengirola, Marbella, Benalmadena and Purerto Banus, also boasting Gibraltar only a 40 min drive along the scenic coastline.
