Apartment GRACIA: beautiful, ‘modernist’ building, 50m2, in the centre of Barcelona, district ‘Gracia’. At only 50 m from the subway. Located at street level, at only four steps. It is composed of a living/dinning room, three bedrooms for 5 people (a big bedroom with a king-size bed and two bedrooms with two and one beds each). A totally equipped independent kitchen with laundry terrace. One complete bathroom. One baby cot and high chair. It includes central heating, Lcd TV, DVD, oven, microwaves, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, dryer machine, washing machine, dish washer… Surroundings are vital, safe and clean. Gracia is a very special fashionable district: art galleries, bookshops and florists, exclusive designer boutiques with stunning clothes, shoes and jewellery, local bakers, local pubs and delicatessen nearby, many small and cute restaurants with very a delicate cuisine... Beside Park Guell. Very much appropriated for families, cultural visits. Visa accepted.

You can also visit the coastal town of Sitges by bus or train; or a more adventurous day trip to Costa Brava is a 2 hour coach ride away. Day trips: Girona - 1 hour. By bus: 'Aerobus' from the airport to Plaza Catalunya and metro to Lesseps By taxi: Taxi to/from the airport is about 30-35 Euros The flat is specially located to enjoy the Gaudi itinerary; - Pedrera, Casa Mila, Casa Batllo: 2 metro stops; - Parc Guell: by bus. - Sagrada Familia: by metro;

Excellent !!. My family of four have been very satisfied with this nice apartement. We have spent a week and we were pleased in every way, also with a very reasonable price!!. It is located at a true Barcelona neighbourhood, not touristy. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and spacious enough. Having a drying machine was oh so helpful at the end of those wet days. The metro is at the corner, so there is easy access to everything in the city. We loved being able to eat in, or walk to nice tapas bars and there is a great offer of tiny and interesting clothes and art shops. Cesar and Elba were helpful in every way. Thanks a lot!!

This is a GREAT option. We spent four days in this lovely apartment. It's about 10 minutes away from Passeig de Gracia. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and looks just as nice as the photos. There are plenty of restaurants and nice shops around the apartment.
I come to Barcelona regularly. I brought my wife on this trip and she was delighted by the apartment as well. We will definitely stay here again. Cesar has been very helpful with us. Thank you Cesar!

The apartment was very nice decorated, clean, pleasant and comfortable. The Gracia area is really exciting !!! Lots of restaurants, small shops, street markets....Everything is very simple to visit without a car ; the flat is about 5 minutes from park Guell and 10 minutes walking from Paseo de Gracia with all Gaudi houses !!!
