These 3 condos are in Sea Oaks, known as a 5 star beach/tennis community with a great beach & club and 16 lighted har-tru courts. One condo is a 2-bdrm top floor beachfront corner unit with magnificent 180 degree views of the beach, 2 pools and clubhouse. Second condo is a 2.5 bdrm (3rd bdrm suitable for children) second floor walkout with beautiful views of the pool and the beach beyond. Third is a tennis villa set among mature Sea Oaks on the tennis courts with a very short walk to the pool & beach. All units are fully equipped and have washer/dryer & internet. Sea Oaks boasts a beautiful beach club with indoor/outdoor dining as well as a new fitness center. Vero Beach and nearby Sebastian offer shopping, galleries, museums, special events and restaurants. Wabasso Beach, within walking distance of Sea Oaks, offers excellent surfing. Golf, boating, fishing, kayaking and other water sports are available nearby. Orlando theme parks and Cape Canaveral are within a 90-minute drive.

This oceanfront condo features magnificent view of a pool, palms and the ocean beyond. There is a deck off the master bedroom and living room. There is a large master bedroom/bathroom with a walk-in closet, guest room with a walk-in closet, a bonus small bedroom with a bunk bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children, a large living room/ dining room combo and beautiful kitchen. Flat screen TV in the living room, TV in master bedroom, separate bar area, laundry room with washer/dryer and high-speed internet access are just some of the other amenities. The outdoor deck has stairs leading to common pool and beach. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS UNIT HAS A 2-MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD AND SMOKING AND PETS ARE PROHIBITED.
