Bedroom arrangements include 1 Master en-suite, 2 Queen en-suites, 1 King bedroom, 1 Twin room and 1 Single bed in the study / spare bedroom; each bedroom comes complete with luxury furniture and high quality bedding with LCD flat screen TV’s in every room. For relaxation step out from the family room, under the cool and shaded lanai; situated on the large private pool deck that surrounds the crystal clear pool and raised spa pool. Sit and soak under the Florida sun on the cushioned pool chairs with tables, or take a long cool dip in the optionally heated pool. Sitting in the bubbling raised spa is a perfect way to relax at the end of each fun-packed day at the parks and attractions. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for infants and young children.

A Lovely Home and Place to Stay

Just returned to the UK after spending 5 days at this wonderful Villa, at the end of March 2010. Our party (4 adults and 3 young children) had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. The location is absolutely ideal for the Disney parks as it really is literally a 5-10 mins drive. The villa looks exactly like the photos and is kitted out to a very high standard. It was nice and clean on arrival. We could also have easily had enough space for another family stay with us. We opted for the Pool/Hot Tub heating and would definitely recommend this if staying in March/April. We had heavy rain on 1 day but it was still warm enough, with the pool heating on, to take the kids out for a dip. We did not use the resort facilities. Interaction and communication from the owners was also precise, relevant and timely. Only one ever so slight constructive criticism is that some of the towels are starting to show their age after so many washes and drying cycles but are still ok. All in all this villa met our expectations and would definitely recommend to others especially as it does appear to offer better value than some similar Windsor Hills properties.
