more than we expected!!!

Hi Maria,
We had a lovely holiday, thank you. Your apartment is super. The location was ideal. Views from the balcony brilliant! Didn't see any real dolphins though! We told the other family that we saw dolphins every morning. They had a penthouse apt with a huge terrace, but another apartment block spoilt their view. They kept bragging about all the space they had, so we decided to boast about the dolphins! Very childish I know! (will get Andy to send photos later, I can't do it!)
I I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool every morning before anyone else was up and about!
We visited a few of the restaurants that you had recommended;
DJanny's - food and prices were great, but we were sat in a horrible place by the loos!
Far..a - loved it there, mainly because the staff were so lovely, and they didn't charge for using the loo!!
Milev (St Vlas) - food and prices were excellent, I had a savoury pancake and it was the nicest meal I had all week.
Miami - Oh my goodness! What a night! When we first arrived it seemed like a very quiet place, very friendly staff, but nothing special, but then we ordered the baked alaska! Well I'm sure you know what happens already. Needless to say it was incredibly entertaining, even our teenagers enjoyed it thoroughly (though two of them escaped when they thought they were going to have to get up and dance too), but luckily they came back in time to see Andy dressed up as Tina Turner and dancing round the room. It was the highlight of the holiday!
We drove down to the Marina one night, but didn't go exploring, we had planned to go back but ran out of time.
Like i said it was better than we had ever expected

So glad to hear that you had a great time - Marina View is a beautiful resort and the views from the apartment are quite stunning, which is why I like to keep the apartment in tip top condition.
I personally love everything about it and sometimes, I am concerned that I may `overcook` my own reviews, so I am so glad to hear that you felt it was better than expected.
St. Vlas is a more pleasant place to vist and I always have found the staff in the restaurants very pleasant - with the Miami being one of my favourite places to eat - never had the baked alaska though, so that`s for another time.

PS... I think the dolphins are actually whales and I have also been told that the beach at the Marina now offer cabanas to relax in with electric hooked up etc.,,.
