Furnished in typical Mediterranean style this bright and airy villa opens out into a large tropical garden providing natural shade in parts for those wanting a break from the mid day sun. With two ‘Al fresco’ dining areas and a spacious sun terrace hosting the large swimming pool. Sunken sitting room with Satellite TV and music centre. Second first floor sitting room with sofa divan. Dining room with table and chairs and French doors on to the garden. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom and two with twin singles, one with an ensuite shower room. Shower room & bathroom. Garden, sea views. Shaded dining terrace. BBQ. Sun terrace. Private pool 11.5m x5.5m. Private parking on driveway. Maid service twice weekly.
