Full air-conditioned 3 bed villa, can sleep upto 8, on small peaceful walled community. The villa has its own private heated pool and west facing lanai so sun on deck till sunset; Master bedroom has kingsize bed with ensuite and walk in closet; Queen bed in second bedroom and twin beds in third bedroom. There is a separate Den with sofa bed for occasional extra visitors, large open plan living room with dining area seating 8; Kitchen also has laundry area with small breakfast table seating 4; Screened lanai with large dining table for alfresco dining and 4 sunloungers. Large gaz BBQ available for hire, Safety screen around pool for the safety of younger children. There is cable tv throughout, all bedrooms have Tv's, there are 3 DVD's and PS2, ps2 games, films, board games, books and toys as well as many beach and pool accessories. Our villa is family owned and contains many little 'extras' that commerically owned villas do not provide. Approx 25 mins to the gorgeous Gulf Beaches.

Small peaceful walled community just off State Road 70, with an easy 25 minutes drive to the various gorgeous Siesta Keys Beaches where you can see wild dolphins swimming and all sorts of beach activities to participate in. There are many attractions within close driving distance of the property and Disney Theme Parks are only 90 minutes. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Water Park are only 45 minutes drive. There are many restaurants, shops, outlet malls and activities all within a short drive. Notes: Our Villa is a family owned home and provides many little extras which would not necessarily be offered by commercially owned properties. We try to provide all such items as we ourselves would like on our holidays and from previous Guest comments do seem to concur with our efforts. Although there is no highchair or cot available at the villa at present these items can be hired through our management company at a small additional cost. Please note the pool is solar heated and there is a pool blanket, which if used enable retention of the majority of the day's heat to be retained over night. There is also electric heating which can be purchased at an additional charge should you request the same. Our villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and upon your departure - should you wish it to be cleaned during your stay this can also be arranged subject to an additional charge.
