Villa Speranza is a delightful refurbished stone villa that maintains its traditional rustic charm and whose thick walls prevent over-heating even in mid-summer. The many different living & relaxing areas can be ideal for a family party of mixed ages. Villa Speranza enjoys an elevated hillside position with superb panoramic views over the surrounding Umbrian countryside and is set in extensive, established grounds where one can relax around the enormous swimming pool in complete privacy. Local shops and restaurants are available in Morra, with Citta di Castello and San Sepolcro just a short drive away for a visit or an evening out. Lake Trasimeno, Florence, Assisi and Siena are all about an hour away. NB. An annual festival is held in the nearby sports centre in late July/early August, offering the opportunity to taste local beers and specialities, but please note some noise disturbance is possible at the property until late evening.
