Open plan lounge and kitchen, with patio doors leading onto extended terrace for long relaxing lunches in the winter sun! Spiral staircase leading to large solarium from where you can enjoy watching the sunset over the mountains.Two double bedrooms, one with twin beds. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. This house is equipped as a home with laundry room, satellite TV, air conditioning etc, making it ideal for short or long stays. Additional shower room in basement. The beach is genuinely only a 4 minute stroll. Nearby are 2 golf courses, one of which is adjacent to the community .

San Juan de Los Terreros is in the only desert region of Europe, making Almeria the warmest part of Europe during the winter. There is a spectacular coastline, with pretty coves and beaches, and three of the beaches in San Juan are rated within the top 12 in Spain. This area, close to Mojacar, is historically fascinating, with castles and Roman history. San Juan itself is a pretty Spanish village which has retained its character, whilst offering all the delights of Spain.Local amenities include restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. Just a few kilometres away is a weekly market, which is a tourist attraction in itself, offering wonderful local produce. San Juan boasts a new 'paseo' which is at least half a km long - ideal for promenading by the sea! During the winter, visitors will have the opportunity to see spectacular fiestas..This area is served by three main airports, Alicante, Murcia and Almeria, the closest of which is Murcia.
