Photos and Description of this Magalas holiday house 4 Bedroomed 3 bathroom property close to beaches & the National Park

The house has been refurbished to a high standard and is situated in the centre of the popular village of Magalas. Four double bedrooms (all equipped with TV and DVD) two with en suite. A further shower room is available on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms are L shaped providing further sleeping space/accommodation areas. The lounge area is furnished with satellite TV (with English channels) DVD and CD player, Wii and an IPOD docking station. The fully fitted kitchen has a range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine the dining area is within the kitchen. The kitchen french doors lead to a small courtyard with seating area for breakfast. Steps lead up to a terrace area (10m x 7m). The terrace has table and chairs and a BBQ .The terrace can also be accessed from the 1st floor bedroom. Outside spaces enclosed. The property has gas fired central heating with heated towel rails in the three bathrooms.

Beziers is a bustling market town,with views over the River Orb from its impressive cathedral. Its 'Feria' in August sees the whole town go wild and bullfight mania take over the town and surrounding region.Its splendid old market hall is a haven for those who want to sample the best of local produce,and in the nearby old town restaurants and cafes line the pavements. Magalas is a thriving wine-growing village with its own 'cave cooperative' where local vineyards send their grapes for making into superb wines.There is a market in the town square every Wednesday,and live music many weekends during the summer. Magalas has three restaurants, two cafes, a small supermarket in its centre and a large one on the outskirts, plus doctors, dentist, hairdressers, pharmacy and other facilities. The wonderful medieval church,and its internationally renowned acoustics plays host to many classical concerts. The river Orb provides wonderful swimming only ten minutes away,as well as canoeing.

This is an ideal and relaxing base for couples and families. The many activities include wine tasting (lots off), walking, swimming, canoeing, shopping and sightseeing. Visit Carcassonne with its Cathar castle, Montpellier, historic Pezenas, beautiful beaches, and local festivals and for the younger children there are many things to occupy them including water parks, dinoland, petit train, farms, outdoor swimming pools, the local park, horse riding and of course the beach and Europark with the main attraction being the highest roller coaster in the South of France
