Attractive stone walls and original features, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable living areas, extensive grounds to spread out and enjoy the space and peace of the Provence countryside. And on top of this, a star location for a villa holiday – walking distance from the picturesque village of St Cézaire, a short drive from the perfumeries in popular Grasse, and the beach and boutiques of St Raphael easily accessible for an afternoon jaunt. Dining room and living room with television, DVD, video player and music centre, and access to covered terrace. Kitchen with breakfast table, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room with washing machine. Guest WC. Two ground floor bedrooms, each with double bed. Separate shower room. Two further double bedrooms on the first floor: Master bedroom with double bed and en suite full bathroom and private balcony. And 4th room has sloping ceiling, and en suite washroom with bidet & basin. Covered dining terrace. Pool 8.5m x 4m. Pool security alarm.
