This two story townhouse is in the La Fuente del Desierto part of Desert Springs & is located alongside the golf course and around courtyards,it is inspired by the traditional local town architecture, with wooden and iron verandas and balconies & has a paved private patio area with roof level sun terraces and access to the communal gardens, Swimming pools , Practise Green , Driving Range and parking areas.The floor area is aprox 100 sq m .It is only 5 mins walk from the cave bar , the crocodile club restaurant, Gym, .tennis , squash & Paddle tennis courts ect.
