The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms and all you want like dishwasher, washing machine, satellite television. The garden is overlooking a green area with grass and trees, and after that we have the road and farms. The resort has a lot of amenities like a clubhouse, a large pool, restaurants, bars, a supermarket and so on. To the beach is only 10 minutes by car and often it is possible to park the car very near the beach. The golf driving range and beach are all within easy reach. Whilst offering an unrevealed golfing experience, there is also plenty to interest for non-golfers. The beaches in this region are all beautiful, empty and free from too many other holiday makers. There are plenty of local historic towns to visit and restaurants to enjoy, where seafood is a specialty.

The Mar Menor Golf resort is situated near Los Alcazares a real authentic Spanish beach village with a nice beach, promenade, restaurants and very affordable prices Shopping and sightseeing in the capital of the province Murcia is a must Torre Pacheco is just a few kilometres inland from the beautiful Mar Menor. It has excellent communication links with the capital Murcia, Cartegena and all the beaches on the Mar Menor. The railway line that runs through Torre Pacheco is the Madrid-Cartegena, and there is a station in the main town. The town of Los Alcazares is only a short drive away, a typical Spanish town, with a week long fiesta every October celebrating municipal independence which was granted in 1983. The promenade is a mile long, with a large marina and many beaches along the Mar Menor. There are many bars, restaurants and shops.

  • The Mar Menor Golf Resort is the first out of four of Polaris World developments to be completed in this 'golfers' paradise. It is set in Murcia, one of the richest provinces of Spain. Next year this 'private & exclusive' golf course will have been expanded from 9 holes to 18. The Resort Town Centre will feature a 5* Hotel complex with Conference Facilities and Business Hall, spas, fitness centre, supermarket, restaurants (both supermarket and restaurant offer delivery service), shops, cash machines and a wide range of bars and pubs. In the hotel complex 'guests' of the owner will have access to a leisure area with exclusive services, travel centre, swimming pools including a heated pool, celebrations hall, organised excursions, football pitches, physiotherapy centre, tennis courts and a day centre.
