An old agrarian nucleus situated in the green heart of Tuscany, were scents and sounds of an untouched nature release body and mind. Hospitable apartment having its own entrance, a little piece of garden next to it. Rest and privacy are the most important qualities of “Lupinaio” which gives you the feeling to be isolated of the rest of the world, even if the main road is only at a distance of 300m. The apartment has a bedroom, a living room-kitchen, a bathroom and it is on the first floor with a garden. The flat is 45sq m.

Our farmhouse is 20km far from Pisa (airport also), only 20 minutes by car. From our place you can visit the most important place of tuscany: Firenze, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, S.Gimignano, Montalcino, Grosseto, Arezzo, Vinci. In around 1 hour by car you can reach these places. There are also interesting village and natural places in the countryside around our farmhouse. The beach is far just 25 km (about 30 minutes by car).
