This property is a newly built luxurious apartment set on Cap St Clair overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean town of Sete. It has stunning views of the marina and Mediterranean sea. It is located 5 minutes walking distance from the centre of Sete with its historic shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries and street markets. The Mediterranean beaches are just 25 minutes walking distance away or 5 minutes by car or bus which runs every 10 minutes from Sete. The town of Sete is known as the little Venice of the Languedoc region because of its network of canals that the town is built around. It really is worth a visit and you get the feeling of being in the real South of France without commercialism and over crowded beaches.
