The east wing of Caradoc Court is fully self contained with its own entrance. It has recently been renovated and is tastefully furnished with antiques. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens set in the heart of an 800 acre estate. There are two double bedrooms with en suite facilities, two twin bedded rooms with a further bathroom and a cloakroom/shower room on the ground floor. There is a spacious lounge/dining room with television and stereo and the kitchen comes fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Aga, electric hob and microwave. The property enjoys full oil fired central heating and there is an open fire in the lounge if required. Broadband facilities are available allowing internet access.

The studio flat is situated to the east of the main building and is a compact but comfortable self contained flat with its own separate entrance. It has a lounge with full size sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. It is heated by oil fired central heating and the kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge and microwave. Ideally suited for a couple who want to spend time together in a tranquil retreat in the heart of the country.

It lies some quarter of a mile from the Herefordshire trail and is in the heart of riding, walking, cycling canoeing and fishing country. Nearby is the historic market town of Ross-on-Wye and the cathedral city of Hereford with its famous mapa mundi is about 12 miles away. National Trust properties and other sites of historic interest abound in the area, including Tintern Abbey and of course the Wye itself.
