This beautiful family sized 2-bedroom apartment is set in Calahonda. There are 2 swimming pools in the complex, one of which is over looked from the balcony. It is well furnished and fully air-conditioned; there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 1 twin bedroom, there is also a guest bathroom with toilet & shower. The lounge includes a sofa bed, English TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full hob and oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave. The large balcony has great views of the Mediterranean and is equipped with patio furniture. The local supermarket, a bar and two excellent restaurants are within a few minutes walk; the main shopping area, restaurants and beach are a few minutes drive away.

Well positioned on the Costa del Sol, between Marbella and Fuengirola, the town of Calahonda is part of the municipality of Mijas and only 25 minutes from Malaga airport. There are numerous beaches, restaurants and bars in the area; whilst it is possible to walk to some of them, a car is recommended (it's uphill on the way back!) A large supermarket is less than 5 minutes by car. If you are a golfer you will be spoilt for choice; there are over 60 golf courses on the Costa del Sol. For tennis or squash, the Club del Sol is about 3 minutes drive away. We have spent many holidays in the area and obviously have our favourite beaches, restaurants and bars.

  • Reservations are secured with a 50% deposit - balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday start date. Cancellation charges more than 12 weeks prior to arrival - no charge and refund of deposit, 6-12 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of accommodation cost, 2-6 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of accommodation cost, less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - 100%of accommodation cost. £100 damage deposit required with final balance payment - this will be returned in full provided no damage is caused during stay. We also accommodate non-standard durations e.g 10 or 11 days - please contact us for special rates. We also offer shorter term stays outside of peak time - please contact us for prices. No single-sex parties under the age of 25.
    Rental rates are for one week and include all electricity, water, air-conditioning and heating. Bathroom towels and bedlinen provided - please use your own beach/pool towels.
