Luxury 2 Bed apartment on second floor of new 3 storey modern block with lift access. Master double bedroom with 3 door fitted wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and en-suite shower room, second twin-bedded room with wardrobe, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and 2nd bathroom. All bedding provided, together with bathroom and pool towels. Large lounge with seating for 4 plus dining area with table and 4 chairs. 32' LCD widescreen television with satellite including 14 English-speaking channels. Large well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer, full built in oven and hob, toaster and electric kettle. All cutlery, crockery, saucepans etc. are provided. There is a balcony leading off the dining area which is equipped with a table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining. On the 3rd floor there is a large communal pool with jacuzzi and showers and a BBQ and seating area so you can make the most of the Spanish sunshine.

Historic Spanish market town in good location for beaches, golf, activities or a restful holiday. Guardamar beach is 15 minutes away, golf about 20 minutes away, large shopping complex 35 minutes away. Local shops and restaurants are good and reasonably priced. The apartment block has only three floors and a rooftop terrace with swimming pool, jacuzzi and bbq area.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment in £ sterling direct to to Bank Account or by cheque. A 25 per cent non-refundable deposit will be payable on booking, the balance being due 8 weeks prior to the commencement date of holiday, together with a £150.00 security deposit. This will be returned after inspection of the property at the end of the rental period.

    There will be an additional charge of 40 euros in total for cleaning prior to and after completion of rental. This amount should be paid to the key holder at start of holiday.

    Transport to and from the airport for those not wishing to hire a car can be arranged at competitive rates.

  • Payment for cleaning the apartment is payable on arrival - 40 euros.
