Around the Villa:
Entrance to villa from the street has a large electric sliding gate which provides total privacy at the front with covered parking for 2 vehicles. The front veranda has comfortable seating including foot rests and side table. The pool and terrace area at the back of the villa is surrounded by 2 meter walls giving total privacy. A covered outdoor dining area with wet bar, fireplace, radiant heater, and gas BBQ with side burner. The large terrace area has a sunken jacuzzi, protected sun bathing area with roll out awning, 4 sun beds with padded cushions, 8 x 4 electric heated swimming pool and an outdoor solar heated shower. On arrival you will be be welcomed with a nice bottle of Rioja and a Lanzarote white wine. Tea, coffee, milk and water will be in the villa, however if you have a late flight and you would like us to do a 'shop' for you then it can be arranged. There is a charge of €5 for this service. If the villa is not booked same day you may stay late or request a late checkout.
Coast/Beach:
Playa Blanca is the southern-most town on the island and benefits from the maximum sun available. The villa is located on a quiet development and is only a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach - Playa Dorada and the centre of Playa Blanca with its shops, bars and restaurants. In Playa Blanca there is a beautiful seafront promenade which leads you to the new international Marina Rubicon. A 10 minute drive will lead you to the renowned beaches of Costa Papagayo.
Distance to Outside Facilities:
The nearest supermarket (Sun Tropical) 3 min walk and restaurants are approximately a 15 min walk from the villa. Playa Dorada the nearest beach is approx a 15 min walk or a 3 min drive. The new international Marina Rubicon with it's many restaurants and shops is just a 10 minute taxi ride away. A new local bus service has been recently introduced to Playa Blanca; a bus route and time table will be in the villa.
