A spectacular holiday in a home away from home

Our family of four - Mum, Dad and 2 kids, ages 6 and 12 - have just returned from spending two weeks at La Roselle and had the time of our lives. The house is wonderful - sunny, comfortable and friendly, and the decor is fun (lots of denim and stripey slipcovers, pine furniture and some really great stained-glass mirrors made by the owner of the house). Every possible item of bedding, cookware, dishware etc. is provided. Best of all are the lovely views of Braye Bay and the house's proximity to town, which meant we could pop down to the shops at any moment.
Alderney is the most magical place in the world! The best beaches, glorious walks, fascinating history, beautiful scenery... all in a tiny island only 3 miles long. We can't recommend it highly enough. We'll be back!
