Our luxurious, wheelchair accessible, 1st floor air conditioned apartment with lift to the door is located above Marina del Este – arguably the prettiest marina in Spain. The popular seaside village of La Herradura is a 5min drive – Nerja just 15 and Malaga Airport 45mins. This light airy apartment has an open plan interior designed living-dining room with Sky TV. The comfortable master bedroom has Scandinavian furniture and huge fitted wardrobes. Both rooms have direct access to the terrace. Spectacular sea and coastal views – stunning at night with the Almunecar town lights twinkling. The en suite marble bathroom has a five star hotel style Jacuzzi bath, bidet and two wash hand basins. The second bedroom has twin beds with a ‘Juliet’ French door and balcony overlooking the extensive tropical gardens plus full size shower room. The separate fully fitted kitchen has an oven and airy windows. The communal pool is set in the gardens close by. Secure offroad parking in gated community.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above rates include communal charges, water and electricity.
    We require a 30% non refundable booking fee transferred to our bank account.
    150 euros deposit will be payable on arrival against loss of door keys and automatic gate control
    Deposit will be returned on receipt of same.
  • We would consider longer term renters - our last guest was with us for two years! Please contact us to discuss. We would charge 600 Euros per month in the Autumn Winter and Spring - summer months negotiable. These rates exclude water and electricity - these will be charged extra at cost.
    We will require two personal references plus a bank reference.
    2 months deposit payable plus 1 month payable in advance.
    Vodaphone wireless connection (optional) payable at cost to us normally about 10 euros per week.
    Deposit will be returned once water and electricity charges have been calculated.

This beautiful apartment was my home for almost 2 years and I still miss it's tranquility, comfort and astounding views over the mediterranean. Set by lovely, colourful and very well maintained gardens, it is a first floor apartment, with a quiet ambience and good neighbours. The two bedroom apartment is immaculately maintained, with comfortable furnishing and stylish decor. I particularly loved the jacuzzi bath. I had a private car parking space too and even had my own lift (well almost) with only 8 properties sharing. The apartment's position overlooking the dreamy Marina del Este and it's proximity to the lovely village of La Herradura meant that I was spoiled for choice for good and varied dining. And my tennis club was only five minutes away. I loved it here not least because of Harriets lovely caring and efficient manner. As the owner of the property and my landlady she was great. She knows all there is to know about the area and will happily share it with you, just ask. You'll love it here in the Costa Tropical, it has everything.
