This is a truly magnificent 3-bed, luxury house in a fantastic location right in the heart of Cannes. This property was recently decorated to a very high standard, high specification throughout. It really is a little piece of heaven. There is a large private garden and beautiful terrace of 35m2 which is very unusual for a property in such a central location. The property sleeps 6 comfortably but can sleep up to 8, there is an additional sofa-bed if required. There are 3 bedrooms consisting of three large double beds. There is one very large jacuzzi bath to the rear of the master bedroom and 3 toilets throughout. The living room is well equipped with DVD, satellite TV, ipod speaker docking station and seating for 8 people.

Nearby you will find wonderful restaurants and bars, shops, bakeries and much much more. Life in Cannes centres around the world famous Croisette, the most elegant seaside promenade in Europe. Flanked by clear blue sea, golden beaches and perfect lines of striped parasols on one side and on the other stately palm trees. Cleanliness: One important area for us is that anywhere we stay is spotlessly clean. Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each party of guests arrive. In winter the heat is switched on. Beds are dressed with fresh linen and clean towels are provided for each guest. You just need to bring your own beach towels. On departure the apartment is cleaned once again so you do not need to spend your holiday time cleaning and polishing!

Beach Towels: While we do provide towels for each guest, we do not supply beach towels so please remember to bring your own.

Changeover Day: Changeover day is normally Saturday but off-season we will consider changeovers on other days. We will try to accommodate if possible!
