This is a 16th century villa Leopoldina style, located above Fiesole (Florence) with spectacular views of Florence. The house renovation, completed in July, respects the original architectural style combined with modern comfort: fully equipped kitchen, mosaic bathrooms, stone floors, 2 private patios, direct access to pool with the views of Florence. Farnia has a large and sunny kitchen/living room off the patio with fully equipped counter top, stove, dishwasher, furnished with a mix of modern and antique pieces. A long corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms. The master BR has its own bathroom with Marocco plastered walls. The blue br has antique armoir and a bathroom with stone floors and walls and a large tub. Both queen size beds can be split into 2 singles, in addition there is a double sofa bed in the living room. The pool is accessed by a stone ramp from patio and enjoys the unlimited view of Florence. Chaise lounges, gazebo and parasols are around the pool. Wi-fi access.

This portion of the villa is called Farnia, it is a spacious high ceiling 2 bedroom apartment, with a stone patio off the kitchen/living room which enjoys the most panoramic views of Florence. The living room has 2 large sofas (one of which opens to a double bed) and is furnished with new and antique pieces. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large glass door that opens onto the patio. A long corridor connect the living area to the bedrooms. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom suite, which has a marocco plastered walls bathroom with shower, a small private patio. Mid corridor is the second blue bedroom with a large window overlooking the panorama and a large stone bathroom with a tub. The original terracotta and wood beam ceilings have been white washed and give a cheerful feeling to the apartment which is full of light and painted in the renaissance yellow and blue tones which blend with the natural colors of the stone and the outdoor foliage.
