Delightful semi detached Villa with garden and private swimming pool plus 6 person Jacuzzi hot tub. On the ground floor is a large terrace over looking the pool and garden . The terrace can be shaded with windout awnings and has a dining area plus a separate relaxing area. Inside is the living room with air con plus kitchen, Double bedroom with air con, family bathroom plus twin bedroom with air con. On the first floor is master bedroom with air con plus en suite Bathroom and additional Terrace. Outside is a good sized Private swimming Pool (8 meters x 4 meters) with 5 sun beds and a BBQ. There is also a large Jacuzzi Hot Tub (can be heated to 37 degrees) ideal place to relax and unwind ) Local amenities within easy walking distance, large supermarket within 5 minutes walk. The bars and restaurants of La Florida including popular Abbey Tavern with entertainment most nights are just a 5 minute walk. Many more cafes restaurants bars etc within 10 minutes walk.
