This beautiful villa is situated in a exclusive and quiet residential area, a small idyllic community set on top of a cliff. Everything is surrounded by pine trees, within a beautiful garden with a big swimming pool and overlooking the sea. It has Tennis / paddle court and a very close private parking area. All the house has marble floors and have been recently painted. It has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom with one en suite bathroom. It has fantastic ocean views from every room, 2 terraces and a fully equipped kitchen. It also have a fireplace for chilly winter days. It includes every modern amenity that a holiday maker could want. TV, Stereo, DVD player, play station, DVD and music library and video games. Only 3 minutes walking to the sea and 5 minutes by car to Santa Ponsa beaches. Excellent location for golf players ( 5 golf courses less then 15 minutes away) and all kind of activities sailing, diving, and all kind of excursions.

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area surrounded by pine trees overlooking the sea, 2 minutes walking to the sea. Very close to several sandy beaches. Santa Ponsa town and Port Adriano is only 5 minutes drive. They offers excellent restaurants and bars. Andraxt town and Marina is 10 minutes drive as well as Portals Port. Excellent for Golf players : 3 local golf courses approx 5 minutes away. Golf Santa Ponsa I was selected by PGA as a European Tour Course. 3 more course 15 minutes away Children can also enjoy aquatic parks, mini cars and a sea aquarium 10 minutes drive. Palma city is 15 minutes.
