This apartment has a lateral view on Grand Canal from its bedroom with double bed. The living room is spacious, it has a double sofa bed, a table and a kitchen which has all the utensils if you need to cook. The bathroom has a shower and WC. There is A/C in the bedroom and in the living room. TV in the living room. The apartment is on the third floor. There is a lift which is rare to find in Venice in private apartments, so you don't need to bring your heavy bags up to the stairs. The apartment has been recently renovated as the whole palace.

The apartment 'Alleluia 32' is located in Santa Croce sestiere, in Venice city center. It is in Fondamenta di San Simeon Piccolo, as near the church of San Simeon Piccolo that you can almost touch it from your window. This church is famous for the fact that it remained the only church in Venice which has the service in Latin language each Sunday morning. The car park Piazzale Roma is very near so it's easy to get to the apartment by foot from there or even easier if you arrive by train as there is only a big stone bridge Ponte degli Scalzi to across. Grand Canal is just 30 mt away, and here are vaporetto's stops of many lines which can bring you in every part of the city if you are lazy to walk. The magnificent church Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari is just steps away, as many other churches and museums. To get to heart of the city Rialto you need to walk only 15 minutes. In the neighbourhood are many restaurants, bars for the breakfast and shops. Great position to explore Venice.
