This new luxury property with its own private swimming pool and breathtaking views is the ideal holiday destination for the most discerning traveler. The house is fitted to a high standard of luxury and not a detail has been overlooked. There are 3 bedrooms, all with outstanding views, 3 bathrooms, large lounge / dining room with bed settee with large picture windows which open up to the terraces and pool. Outside garden furniture for 8 and a good BBQ for the alfresco dining. There is also a garage off which one can play table tennis or darts.

This area of Madeira is known to be the sunniest. It is just 20minutes drive from the middle of Funchal. but just 5 minutes down to Calheta town where there is a wonderful Marina from where one can take dolphin and whale watching trips, deep sea merlin and tuna fishing trips and even trips to the Desertas Islands. There are also many interesting and varied restaurants and snack bars some offering live entertainment. Adjoining the marina is a large safely protected golden sandy beach where one can swim and make sandcastles, also a good area fo ball games. A good sized supermarket is also here which is stocked with most commodities one may require including fresh fruit and vegetables, fish and meat.
