Apartment in Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain: This 2-bedroom apartment, on the first floor right of a small development typical of Mallorca (4 apartments), is furnished to a high standard, and includes everything you would need to give the all important home from home feeling. From the kitchen to the lounge/diner, bathroom to bedrooms, we pride ourselves in offering you accommodation we feel you would like to return to again. The apartment is very beautiful situated on Campoamor Golfing complex, near one of the many swimming pools. The apartment is situated only a short drive from several Bue Flag beaches, offering water sports for everyone. Close by, you can experience the real Spanish life, and encounter numerous folklore and culture activities at the fiestas, in the local villages. From golf to gourmet, sun to sea, this really is a place to suit one and all, whatever their age.

The Royal Golf Club of Campoamor is located close to Villa Martin on the Costa Blanca. The nearest large town is Torrevieja which is about 15 minutes drive to the north. The apartment is situated not far from mar Menor, a very beautiful lake. A place with 3.000 hours of sun a year and temeratures of 17° C (63° F) in the winter and 30° C (73° F) in the summer. There is a gentle sea breezz blowing. The favorite view is the one from the terrace at the Club House and it's spectacular. You are just looking out to the Mediterranean Sea and seeing the Mar Menor in the distance. The smell of orange trees, pine and eucalyptus wafts towards the apartment. There are countless species of flowers which grow and are protected from the wind along the gentle swells of the surrounding hills. Each block of luxury apartments or group of spacious houses has a private communal area with a beautiful constructed swimming pool where the kids and the young ones always have a great time.
