Large and lovely apartment with unforgettable views over the beach (50 metres away), and Palmanova's bay. Recently renovated and decorated. Internet wireless access. Free parking place for residents. Ideal for families and couples searching for romantic holidays. Located on a hill in front of Son Matias beach. Recently refurnished and decorated. It has one master bedroom with ensuite shower room and two double bedrooms with twin beds. Also there is a family bathroom with bathtub. All rooms have sea view. Very nice and fully fitted kichen. Sunny terrace with unforgettable views overlooking the beach and the bay of Palma Nova as well as the bay of Palma. The balcony is accesible from both the main living area and the master room. The living is large and furnished with sofa , two arm-chairs and low table as well as satellite TV. Besides, there is a dinning table for 8 people.

The excellent climate, the peace and quiet of the setting and the quality of the services ensure that many people return year after year to play golf. GOLF PONIENTE : Designed in 1978 by John Harris, this 72 Par golf course extends over a wide area, and is a difficult course aimed at experienced players with a long drive. The facilities are located in a tree-covered area, with six lakes, some 3km from Palmanova, along the road to Magaluf towards the El Toro housing estate. GOLF SANTA PONÇA I : This par 72 golf course is located some 18km from Palma heading towards Andratx. It was designed by Folco Nardi and has played host to the Open de Balears de Golf on numerous occasions. It covers an area of 70 hectares and is located in an amazing setting: with views of the sea, surrounded by olive trees, palms, pine trees, almond trees and lakes. GOLF BENDINAT : This Par 70 course is located in a valley full of pine trees, almond trees and olive trees, some 7km from Palma, along the road towards Illetes and Portals Nous. A sample of some of the services on offer includes: a practice range, monitors, ball and club hire, electrical golf carts and a golf shop.
