This fully equipped 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is situated on the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes with stunning lakes, walkways and a children's play area. There is a fully fitted games room with pool table, foosball, dart board and xbox. The villa is fully air conditioned with central heating for the winter months. All bedrooms are fully furnished with TV's in each room. In addition there is a sofa bed to sleep a further 2 people. There is also a cot and high chair available. The private pool is heated and there is plenty of outside dining furniture and loungers for your use. You have a stunning views of the lake from the pool and you are not overlooked.
