Villa Kalithea is a modern link detached bungalow style property. Sitting on a quiet hillside in central Corfu with breathtaking panoramic views overlooking the valley & mountains with distant sea views to both the West & East coasts (including the mountains of mainland Greece on a clear day). The Villa is comfortably furnished & can accommodate 4 people (+travel cot if required). It has a modern fully equipped kitchen,insect screens on all patio doors/windows for summer comfort & central heating for the cooler months. The property also has a 10m x 3m covered veranda with table & chairs for relaxing & al-fresco dining. The Villa has a 7 x 3.5metre private swimming pool, sunbeds, BBQ & Pergola for summer shade with further table & chairs. Entrance to the garden & pool area is gated for added child safety. The property is one of a small group of 4 private Villas (including Villa Callisto see Property Ref 65618)

The airport & Corfu town are approximately 20 minutes drive away with its history & architecture, shops & small streets to explore. There are several local Tavenas & a small local supermarket close by.Around the Villa there is much wildlife to observe: buzzards, swallows, butterflies to name but a few together with beautiful flora especially in the springtime when fireflies can also be observed in abundance.Just a short drive away are the resorts of Paleokastritsa, Agios Gordios, Pelekas & Liapades - made famous by Emma Tennant in her 'House in Corfu' book about the Rovinia Estate.Villa Kalithea is an ideal base for exploring all the many & varied aspects of the Island.
