Beautifully & stylishly rebuilt farmhouse with traditional features of cotta tiles and chestnut beams PLUS under floor heating. Main level consists of sitting room with fireplace, dining room, twin bedroom & bathroom. Lower level has double with large en suite bathroom with bath & shower; Twin bedroom with small, private shower room; Double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath & shower. All with French windows opening up onto pebble & grass terrace with lovely scenery. Laundry room with large washing machine. On upper level is the fabulous, well-equipped kitchen with electric double oven, 6 gas burner hot plates, dishwasher. Just a few steps leading up from the kitchen to our favourite summer room - with concertina doors to fold back for that 'Al fresco' feeling for pre- dinner drinks or a relaxing afternoon siesta! Fully functional and fun pizza oven; BBQ; Terraced area just outside kitchen door for dining Al fresco; lovely garden grass area with sun loungers.

From Lucca 20mins/ 14.5km. Follow signs from Lucca walls to CAMAIORE. After 4km pass through village of Monte San Quirico. After another 3km pass through village of Capella, then Torre. Your reach the village of San Martino en Freddana. Just after the SHELL garage turn RIGHT. towards Pescaglia de Torchigliana. after 1.5km turn RIGHT at the road chevrons. (sign to Cerette) after 2mins/200m turn RIGHT up steep road 1 km with lots of bends!
