Miraserra is a beautifully designed imposing villa set in the peaceful area of Salicos, Carvoeiro. Entry is via the remotely controlled gates into the drive with parking for several cars and when the front doors open, the quality exudes with wow factor. The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, (1 double en-suite and 1 twin bed), a huge lounge/dining area which opens onto a terrace with purpose built BBQ, a fully fitted modern kitchen with separate utility room and a separate bathroom. Access is gained to the first floor by a beautiful marble staircase where there are two further bedrooms (1 master en-suite and 1 twin bed en-suite both with dressing areas), and access to the upper sun terrace which has fabulous views, a spa bath and 2 tables/10 chairs for relaxation. The pool terrace area has sun-loungers for all and there is nothing to spoil the views of the hills and mountains ahead. The underwater lighting in the pool creates a superb ambiance for those evening BBQs.

Miraserra is located in the very quiet and peaceful Salicos area and a mere 5/7 mins drive into the town centre of Carvoeiro. Attractions such as Zoomarine and Aqualand are approx 20/25 mins drive, and the aqua park Slide & Splash 10 mins drive. Several championship golf courses are in the area and a well planned 9 hole, par 3 golf course is also available in the Vale de Milho area of Carvoeiro. There are also many beaches in the area, notably Carvoeiro Beach, Praia da Marinha, Praia da Albandeira, and many other small cove-type beaches such as Vale Covo and Paraiso Beach.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All above prices are based on 8 adults and one baby in cot. Further charge of £35 per week for additional cot or £50 per week for additional Z bed will be levied. Pool heating is £125 per week for first week, then £60 each week thereafter. (Heater is placed on boost 3 or 4 days prior to guests' arrival so that water is at required temp).
    Hot tub use is free of charge. Air conditioning included in the prices but central heating during winter months charged at £150 per week.
  • Payment: A 25% non-returnable deposit is required to 100% confirm the booking. The balance plus a returnable £200 breakages and damages deposit will be required 2 calendar months prior to guests' arrival date.
    A welcome/starter pack will be supplied on arrival (complimentary). Additional items can be supplied on request.
