Enjoy the best time of the year on a pretty, quiet and well-manicured property. Between palms and flowers lies the oasis of tranquillity with a view protected 10 x 5.5 m swimming pool on a property of 1000 m². eat, sea and fresh salted air are awaiting you at the southern coast of the Costa Blanca. The house with two terraces meets all high class needs. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic stove top, microwave, a living room with chimney, satellite TV and two bedrooms with dreamy canopy bed leave nothing to be desired in Spain. The house features an exquisite bathroom in the house and a shower room with toilet in the outer area, as well as a breakfast room in the winter garden. The large swimming pool for refreshing is there for your sole use, just like the garden and seating corner. The sea is about 5 km away and quickly reachable. Small shops and big stores are very close – also available without a car.

Healthy climate – the southern Costa Blanca is very popular for its healthy climate that is caused by the near-by salt lakes. Their healthy effect is especially for catarrh of the upper air passages, bronchial asthma, as well as rheumatic arthritis, arthrosis, and muscle cramps. The salt lakes are at the most one meter deep and only 500 meters away from the house. Aktivities and free time offerings include long cycling trails, tennis courts, golf courts, water parks, go-cart-tracks, amusement park, safari park, adventure swimming pool, horseback riding and a whole lot more. Elche is particularly popular for its palm garden. Boat trips to the small lovely island Tapacara are highly recommended. Shopping facilities, big and small shops, are close-by. Doctors and pharmacies are available within a distance of 1 km.

Innerhalb von 7 Monaten sind wir nun schon zum zweiten mal in dieser Villen - Anlage, weil diese so schön ist.
Ein dritter Urlaub ist hier schon ins Auge gefasst. Dieser Ort ist ein Refugium für Menschen, die ihren Urlaub in Ruhe und mit Konfort verbringen wollen. Ganzjährig kann man hier umfänglich Relaxen und sich Kraft und Gesundheit für den (Arbeits-) Alltag zurückholen.Hier gibt es keine Massenabfertigung und riesige Bettenburgen. Hier ist man (zeitweise) Villenbesitzer in einem großen Palmengarten und eigenem Pool. Der Villa bietet innen
eine angenehmes Ambiente, die Außenanlage ist mit einem guten Inventar ausgestattet. Daher: was will man mehr ?
