Fully air-conditioned studio apartment with a main living room which double as bedroom, with large comfortable sofa bed, converts in seconds into a bed The room is open plan into the kitchen, a custom-built polished stone breakfast bar provides for dining. The bathroom has a 2-head shower fitted with massage and spray jets. The elegant kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, electric cooker with sleek, modern & safe ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, full range of utensils, crockery and glassware. There is a flat screen TV which can display free-view English channels and Portugese TV. There is also a DVD player. The apartment is tastefully furnished in a cream/black colour scheme, with co-ordinated curtains, rug, and matching side tables and table lamps. Double sliding doors open onto a small balcony. Both main room and kitchen windows are fitted with electrically operated louvred covers. There is an easily accessible clean pool within the block.

The apartment block, Verandas do Mar, overlooks the beaches of Olhas D'Agua. There are plenty of amenities on the same level, within a couple of minutes walk of the apartment. Mini-markets, bars, restaurants, post office, and specialist wine shop are very close by. The nearest beach is a 3-minutes stroll, with pretty views to the right as you descend. Several excellent restaurants are sited on or near the beach as well as bars, shops and cafes. Less than 10 minutes walk away are a larger supermarket and local Portugese market as well as more shops, bars and restaurants.For more lively night life, with clubs, live music, etc. Albufeira strip (Montechora) is a short bus or taxi ride away.
