Delightful, spacious Mallorcan Villa is set in its own gardens with a large pool, a large terrace area with superb views of the mountains and the sea. The property has 3 Bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms one with a veranda /hall /dining area /lounge/ kitchen/Terrace./ Utility. Log burner in lounge,3 piece suite,table and chairs. The house is on 2 levels one bedroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Good if you are disabled has you do not need to go upstairs. The house has a a lovely summer breeze there is air conditioning units if needed. The Finca has been totally refurbished in Mallorcean style. Located 2km from Pollensa, 5km from Porto pollena, 5 km from Cala sa Vicente, 7km from Alcudia.

Old Pollensa is 2.5 km from property, 1km from Golf Pollensa, 6KM to Porto Pollensa 6km to Cala sa vicente 10 km from Formentor. Alcudia 5 minutes in car, 6 km. Cala sa vicente is one of the best places for Scuba diving beautiful coves. Alcudia has Alcanada golf one of the best 18 hole golf courses for panaramic views in Mallorca. Alcudia has great night life and beautiful beaches/shops/great market by night near the port and great for families. Old Pollensa has alot of culture with beautiful churches/quaint shops/restaurants/cafes walk up the old steps of Pollensa for the views. Golf at Pollensa is a good 9 hole course with lovely views. Porto Pollensa has great shops/ beaches/ great boat trips etc. Bicycle training is fantastic around here too,very famous for this. Photographers love it here too. The Bird life is amazing.

  • Prices shown are for the property per week in sterling.minimum rental during July/august one week. change over day is Saturday. Arrival time is after 3 o clock and departures are before 10.30am October to march we are more flexible during these months. So arrival and departures could be at any day of the week. prices are for 4 people staying, if 6 people staying an extra £50.00 a week. Except fro July/ august £1600 is the full rate. E mail or tel for information.
    A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking (none re fundable) with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. A security bond of £100.00 is required on final payment. This will be refunded in total provided there is no damage or loss. Early booking is recommended.
  • The rental price includes cleaning (if booked for at least 2 weeks)bed linen change once a week, final cleaning, water, electricity,maintaining garden and pool.

Notes: The Villa is suitable for families /get away breaks for peace and quiet/ Its ok for a wheelchair but there are no extra facilities for the wheelchairs. 2 bedrooms downstairs are good for disabled people. Pool has got steps going down which is easier sometimes if you are disabled. There is use of 2 bikes they are not professional bikes. The Villa i situated very centrally to Pollensa,Porto Pollensa, Alcudia,the mountains, the sea.
