Casa Rocosa is in a quiet street minutes from the centre of the stylish and elegant town of Pollenca. The two story house has been completely modernised by its designer owners in black and white with splashes of strong colour combining sleek modern styling with traditional materials such as ceramics, textiles and glass. It has a comfortable sitting room with TV and CD player and a large dining kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The house has a wireless broadband internet connection. Upstairs is a large double bedroom with shower room, containing basin, toilet and impulse shower, and a balcony overlooking the pool and garden. There is also a twin room with ensuite bathroom, containing basin, toilet and bath with shower. The small garden is terraced and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains - perfect for an evening drink! There is on street parking outside of the house.

The house in an elevated position in the beautiful historic town of Pollenca in northern Mallorca. It is in a quiet street with views from the terraced garden to the surrounding mountains and yet is only a few minutes walk to the lively stylish and very malllorquine town square. The town has many bars, restaurants, cafes and shops as well as museums, art galleries and historic churches. It is a short drive from Port Pollenca and Calla St Vincente where there are beautiful beaches and close to the Tramuntana Mountains range, through which walkers, cyclists and picnickers who love mountain scenery and wildlife can find their way to Lluc, to Soller or to the Cove at Sa Colobra.

The location: The location is in the very heart of the beautiful and historic town of pollenca, buzzing with life, charm and elegance. It is a romantic destination with some of the finest restaurants and funkiest bars on the north of the island of Mallorca. You will be a few minutes walk from a long relaxed lunch with a good value 'menu del dia' or from night out with al fresco dining and drinking and no worries about driving home. The town has shops, bars, art galleries and two museums and manages to combine being very grown up with being a haven for families. children are welcome everywhere and will love having an ice cream and playing with children of other nationalities in the town square. The town is a few minutes drive from two beautiful beaches, within half an hour of fabulous mountain scenery and less than an hour will take you to the cool city of Palma. there is wind-surfing, diving, golf, cycling and excellent horse riding nearby
