A luxurious apartment in the heart of Chamonix, just 100 yards from the bars, restaurants and apres ski entertainment. The property features its own garden, private gated parking for two cars, and is just four minutes drive/ 1km from Le Brevant ski lift. The mezzanine floor offers a double en-suite bedroom (corner bath, shower and WC), and a 'snug' area with a comfortable sofa area, TV/DVD and a velux window to enjoy the mountain air - ideal for relaxing after a strenuous day on the slopes! On the floor below there is another bathroom, three bedrooms (one double - with balcony, and two twins) and the kitchen/dining area with access to the balcony offering excellent views of Mont Blanc. The apartment has recently been refurbished and is very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, CD player, DVD player, cooker, hob, microwave, iron and ironing board, kettle, balcony and garden furniture.
