Small house set up as studio apartment with double bed (folding) and separate bathroom and kitchenette. Both houses have laundry facilities. Comfortable lounge with fireplace, satellite TV and entertainment center. DVD library. Books. Huge kitchen/dining area ideal for entertainment. Covered and open outside terraces for relaxing or dining. Superb black pool of uniform depth - ideal for water sports. Poolside barbecue. Breathtaking views across rolling hills to the Sibilline Mountains. The house is situated in farmland and during summer is either surrounded by sunflowers or wheat. Ideally situated for walkers and cyclists with a number of quiet country roads leading to small villages and picturesque vistas.

The house has the great fortune to be located within the confines of the Parco Nazionale dei Sibillini - a national park dedicated to preserving natural places. The area abounds with wildlife and natural ecosystems, as well as environmentally-friendly outdoor activities and sports. Additionally it is only a 40min drive to the Adriatic Coast which is famous for its beaches and restaurants. For those who don't wish to stray too far, there are a number of lovely small towns such as San Ginesio, Loro Piceno and Tolentino only a short drive away. There one can immerse oneself in the local culture and atmosphere.

  • Adjacent to the master bedroom is the en suite bathroom of similarly generous proportions, with a large shower, full bath, double basins, toilet and bidet. There is a full bathroom adjacent to the second and third bedrooms with shower, full bath, basin, toilet and bidet. The 'little house' has a separate bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

  • Moving upstairs via the stunning atrium foyer, the spacious main bedroom with soaring ceiling and imposing beams was actually a former schoolhouse. It now houses a magnificent hand-made matrimonial bed, a comfortable Italian leather couch and beautiful wooden built-in wardrobes. The second and third bedrooms each contain two single beds which can be combined to use as a double bed, depending on requirements, bedside tables and a chair and small table. The “little house”, formerly stables, has been set up so that it may be used completely independently if required. The living area has a comfortable sofa which effortlessly converts to an exceptionally inviting double bed, two chests of drawers which double as bedside tables, a small table and two chairs and a large wardrobe. An AM/FM radio with IPod playback capability has been provided. All the bedrooms have magnificent views of the countryside.
